High-capacity/high-competency executive and resourceful operational leader, with demonstrated success in establishing and expanding new business lines in diverse verticals. Delivers exceptional financial reputational communication, no matter how difficult or urgent the situation. Heckel worked for nearly a decade at Cherokee Federal as project controller, program manager and, for almost four years, as president of operations. During this time, she was responsible for all aspects of performance across a $70 million-plus portfolio for nine subsidiary companies.

Brenda Gallegos
Vice President of Business Development
Seasoned executive level leader with an extensive 20-year history of experience in business development and strategic planning, especially within the realm of federal government, with demonstrated success at developing and implementing strategic plans and executing tactical initiatives that drive the achievement of growth targets. Gallegos worked for nearly a decade as Vice President of Business Development for an Alaskan Native Owned Corporation. In this role, she successfully managed strategic planning and business development initiatives for up to eleven wholly owned subsidiaries.

Energetic CPA with fifteen years of experience in developing and implementing financial systems, processes and controls, foreign subsidiary accounting and consolidations, and governmental contracting. She has seven years of experience working in the Federal Division of a Tribal Nation.
